Class Size means how many responses a single poll can accept before reaching its limit. For example, if you have 40 people each submitting one response to a poll, you'd reach the 40 class size limit for a free plan. If you have 20 people each submitting two responses to a poll, your poll will lock and no longer accept responses once the 40th response is received.

You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time. Your upgrade or downgrade will occur at the end of your current billing cycle. If you upgrade from a free plan to a paid plan, the change will occur immediately.
You can add additional users on any of our paid plans for the cost of a regular paid plan. You can add or remove users at any time.
Software-as-a-service companies are now required to collect sales tax from certain US states. If your billing location is located within one of these states, your order total will include sales tax for the local area based on the billing information you provide. You will be able to review the complete order total during the checkout process prior to your billing method being charged.
